The Master Suite
Tucked away in the back of the house with it's own bathroom the master suite is a quiet restful place to be. The bedstead was custom built for the room by Matthew.
The master suite does have a televsion with a DVD player attached. Several DVD's are available for guest use.

Peg's Room
|
Named for our friend Peg who has been so generous in helping us jazz up the house. Peg's room sports curtains and artwork that she has given to us. Tucked in the back of the house with black out drapes, this is the room to stay in if you are a late sleeper.
Pegs room also has a small sitting area where guests can sit and read or have a quiet conversation. |

For the Girls

This room is designed with a princess in mind, someone who dreams of being a princess one day. We have had several young children stay, and they adore this room.
We are slowly personalizing each room little by little. The newest addition to this room are the Black-Eyed Susie photos on the wall. The photos are mine, the frames were painted and the mats customized to match the room. |

For the Boys
You can't decorate a princess room and not have a room for the more masculine chidlren out there. Welcome to the Blue Room. This room sports two twin beds and is the room that gets the most sunlight during the day.
Some of my sons toys have found a new purpose here at the Getaway. Children can occupy their time playing with the Fisher Price Mountain, train set and building blocks.
